Data we collect

• Account: name, email, password hash.
• Workspace: organization name, members, plan.
• Tenant data you enter or import (name, contact, lease, ledger). For records-search, we hash full SSN before storage and retain only the last four digits.
• Usage and audit data (login attempts, packet builds, IP, user agent).
• Billing data via Stripe (we do not store card numbers).

How we use it

To operate the service, generate the documents you request, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Generated packet PDFs are retained for seven years to align with Florida’s statute of limitations for civil filings. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

• BuildSteve (optional, for property-management data sync)
